  • Overview

    The CHV Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of the brands to support the on-going brand awareness building efforts and achieve marketing objectives through the successful development and implementation of consumer and bartender engagement trips to various on-premise accounts in targeted markets. The ideal candidate will be winning the hearts and minds of the on-premise opinion leaders and industry, ultimately with the goal to amplify sales of Crystal Head Vodka. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA, and will cover East Coast markets including New York and New Jersey.



    • Identify key LGBT influencers, establish relationships, and develop the brand within the market.
    • Identify and develop LGBT key account list (on premise) in the designated geography.
    • Organize and execute event activations and sponsorships that will create brand awareness, encourage trial, generate buzz, and build the brand’s fan base.
    • Ingrain yourself in the bar and restaurant community, maintain a positive pulse for the brands, and be the local brand and category expert.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, assist in distribution and menu listings on behalf of the brand, and continue momentum through training, event execution, sampling, and account activation.
    • Participate in distributor ride-alongs.
    • Collaborate with local Market Manager(s) on account planning and activation.
    • Identify competitor trends as well as category trends.
    • Develop local programs to create buzz within the market, either collaboratively with the marketing team or individually.
    • Establish brand presence at key social occasions to influence the on-premise opinion leaders.
    • Develop and maintain social media presence and personal voice to promote the brands.
    • Develop specific goals and target accounts based on market dynamics.
    • Identify key market influencers, establish relationships in person and online, and maintain positive relationships after market visits.
    • Introduce brand stories to customers to heighten the emotional connection to the brands.
    • Educate customers and trade on the brands, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the category, brands, history, production, and taste profiles.
    • Communicate issues, opportunities, and market intelligence / insights with appropriate management through written, electronic, and verbal means.
    • Record all activity and feedback adhering to monthly deadlines and share learnings that can be helpful to building the brands and improving sales effectiveness. Be the eyes and ears in your territory.
    • Demonstrate responsiveness, integrity, and trust, while conducting yourself in a professional and responsible manner at all times as you must always be a positive reflection of the brands.   



    • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university or 2 years’ relevant marketing, networking, hospitality/bar industry experience.



    • Ability to travel frequently, including air travel
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
    • Experience in targeting LGBT and non-traditional consumers.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (These are required to perform the key responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations)

    • Ability to carry weight in excess of 40 lbs.
    • Ability to pick up and transport Point Of Sale, event equipment, product, etc.
    • Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.


    • Ability to frequently work nights, early mornings and weekends (Up to 5 days a week)
    • Willingness to work in areas where alcohol is served and consumed (Up to 5 days a week)
    • Willingness to occasionally work in loud, poorly lit environments and outdoor environments (Up to 5 days a week)
    • Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons or as required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with accounts as well as within communities and organizations.
    • Resourceful and understands how to get things done by leveraging opportunities against multiple resources.
    • Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
    • Ability to track and report results, manage personal program budget, and contribute and participate in developing strategic tactics.
    • Experience managing a budget.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
    • In-depth understanding of the on-premise account universe in activation neighborhoods.
    • Industry experience preferred, but not required.
