    Infinium Spirits is a family owned company known for igniting brands and accelerating performance.  Founded in 2005, Infinium Spirits specializes in the import, sales, and marketing of its distinctive portfolio of brands.  


    Reporting to The Director of Marketing, the Manager, Commercial Marketing is responsible for the creation, management and execution of strong commercial tactics for Seagram’s Vodka, Crystal Head Vodka, Koskenkorva Vodka, Malfy Gin, Santo and Kerrygold Irish Cream. This includes owning the ideation of national/regional/local programs to maximize the volume and profitability of the brands. Additionally, this role is required to ensure that sales teams are educated on consumer targets, programming and brand strategies.


    • Contribute to the planning, design and execution of distributor programs with the Director of Marketing and Brand Development to contribute to brand volume and profit.
    • Perform business analysis and contribute to the development of the pricing strategy.
    • Participate and contribute to POS development designed to support Integrated National Programs.
    • Identify and codify growth drivers and best practices by brand, participate in annual planning for assigned brands to increase the brands marketing efforts.
    • Drive effective national program execution by working cross-functionally with the Sales Leadership Team, Finance, Graphics and Operations teams
    • Deliver national/regional performance targets on field activities for brands, drive value creation and growing distribution.
    • Develop national commercial marketing plans, identify target accounts and opportunities to drive volume
    • Analyze data, interpret consumer insights, and create strategic plans around current market situations
    • Manage and analyze A&P budgets by brand, participate in annual budget creation
    • Continuously evaluate programs, ensure delivery of ROI and course correct strategies when needed
    • Collaborate with Sales VPs to ensure alignment and solid execution of programs
    • Organize and provide program reports to Director of Marketing and Brand Development
    • Other duties as assigned.



    • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
    • 5+ years of marketing experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in the Wine & Spirits industry
    • In-depth knowledge of the Wine & Spirits industry 
    • Experience working with on-premise customers/operators in a marketing-specific capacity
    • Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channel, including local marketing
    • Field and/or customer leadership experience including budget responsibility and management
    • Knowledge of key consumption occasions, shopper messaging, and methods of activation
    • Innate curiosity and ability to connect insights and gain inspiration from disparate sources
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and achieving sustainable results
    • Annual planning and analysis experience
    • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate with management, field sales teams, supplier partners and customers throughout the business and industry
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • The ability to train and develop assigned personnel


    • Shopper insights, category management and shopper marketing experience
    • Experience with syndicated and depletion data


    • This position may require frequent travel, including air travel.
    • This position involves working with alcoholic beverages and working in environments where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed.
