    Infinium Spirits is a family owned company known for igniting brands and accelerating performance.  Founded in 2005, Infinium Spirits specializes in the import, sales, and marketing of its distinctive portfolio of brands.  

     

    Reporting to The Director of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for reporting on identified business critical reports insuring timely & accurate delivery, providing thoughtful analysis and business insights and recommendations.   The role requires heavy Excel use and expertise, the ability to understand data and systems, and the ability to produce a polished and professional presentation. 

    Responsibilities

    • Performs research and analysis in order to provide insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns.
    • Analyze marketing metrics for identifying effect-cause relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions to raise profitability.
    • Accurately forecast incremental sales, margin, and customer impact of direct marketing efforts.
    • Interpret reports and develop a fiscal year to date (FYTD) reconciliation with recommendations, which includes but not limited to analysis of sales volume, forecasts, ads, planners, authorizations, displays, and Nielson data to be used by the VP of Chain Division and Division Managers in supplier review meetings.
    • Generate time sensitive data reports with recommendations which include but not limited to, an analysis for use in team meetings, new item presentations, quantity deals.
    • Generate daily reports, interpret, analyze, and recommend changes based on findings to develop a reader friendly format to be utilized by the team to more easily observe our performance.
    • Manage reports, analyses & dashboards, (all aspects from content, configuration, delivery, insights, and recommendations).
    • Be a business / thought partner to key leadership and proactively support their efforts.
    • Analyze data from sources such as Nielsen, Diver, Accounting, and HR in order to provide accurate data to business.
    • Prepare reports, charts, graphs and/or Power Point Presentations based on data analytics.
    • Ensure data QC, cross referencing, and cleansing.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
    • 2-3 years of marketing experience
    • At least 1 year of experience working in the Wine & Spirits industry
    • Must have advanced to expert Excel skills/knowledge.
      • Ability to write Macros, import and export data to Excel and other outside data sources, experienced in Pivot Tables.
    • Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) environment.
    • Ability to work and communicate with management, colleagues and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
    • Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling organization’s products and services.
    • Ability to demonstrate proven successes in managing, implementing, innovating business solutions
    • Ability to foresee potential obstacles and independently problem solve.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Shopper insights, category management and shopper marketing experience
    • Experience with syndicated and depletion data

    WORKING CONDITIONS: 

    • This position may require occasional travel, including air travel.
    • This position involves working with alcoholic beverages and working in environments where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed.
