    Brand Manager 

    Infinium Spirits, Inc. is on a mission to find the most passionate brand builder in our industry to take on the challenge to accelerate the growth of our portfolio of brands in the United States.

    Reporting to The VP of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will ensure each brand is on point with its brand platform and is responsible for the creation, management and execution of strong commercial tactics.   The Brand Manager will manage the following brands: Seagram’s Vodka, Crystal Head Vodka, Koskenkorva Vodka, Corralejo, Los Arango, Santo and may take on additional new brands. This includes managing the Brand Analytics, Budget Management, Annual Plan Development, Creative planning/ execution, Plan Execution and Supplier Relation Management for the assigned brands.

     

    Responsibilities

    Analytics

    • Analyze available data resources, interpret consumer insights around current market conditions
    • Leverage insights for annual planning process
    • Leverage insights to establish and execute consumer advertising

    Budget Management

    • Participate in establishing annual budgets
    • Oversee total budget integration to maximize spends and avoid redundancy (brand, National Account, LPF, distributor funding)
    • Manage and analyze brand A&P budgets in execution
    • Process invoices

    Annual Plan Development

    • Validate and or bring up to date brand platform/ hierarchy
    • Recommend pricing strategy and analyze performance
    • Establish annual consumer advertising and PR plans
    • Establish annual brand activation playbooks
    • Partner with National Account Team and Regional leadership to accommodate local and/ or customer specific program requirements

    Creative

    • Develop best in class POS, advertising and sales tools
    • Provide timely direction to Creative execution entity to ensure timely material delivery

    Plan Execution

    • Agency management (PR, Social Media), media buying and ROI analysis
    • Prepare monthly communication materials to inform sales teams of upcoming programs, consumer advertising, PR, innovation, etc.
    • Establish and communicate innovation plan for market execution
    • Manage timeline to produce and deliver priority program materials
    • Execute effective consumer communications through a variety of platforms
    • Identify appropriate events and assist with event execution
    • Collaborate with Sales team and assist in developing local marketing requirements

    Supplier Relationships

    • Establish routine business review cycle
    • Prepare reviews and actively participate in review meetings
    • Maintain positive, collaborative partnership with suppliers

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
    • At least 3 years of experience in the wine & spirits (or related) industry
    • Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channel, including local marketing
    • Field and/or customer leadership experience including budget responsibility and management
    • Knowledge of key consumption occasions, shopper messaging, and methods of activation
    • Innate curiosity and ability to connect insights and gain inspiration from disparate sources
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and achieving sustainable results
    • Annual planning and analysis experience
    • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate with management, field sales teams, supplier partners and customers throughout the business and industry
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy

     DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
    • Shopper insights, category management and shopper marketing experience
    • Experience with syndicated and depletion data

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS: 

    • This position involves working with alcoholic beverages and working in environments where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed.
    • This position may require frequent travel, including air travel.
